Changes in Sending PDF Invoices via E-Invoicing Provider
According to a recent decision by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), sending PDF invoices to the e-invoicing provider is no longer mandatory.
As a result, from May 5th, 2025 onwards, the provider Epsilon Digital will charge each PDF transmission as a retail invoice transmission. The exact cost has not yet been announced, as the new price list is expected within the next week.
If you do not wish to incur this charge, you can contact us so that we can discontinue the sending of PDFs through the provider.
Please also note that in the near future, the mandatory use of an e-invoicing provider for all B2B transactions is expected to be announced, as well as the possible mandatory transmission of PDFs through the provider. In such a case, you will need to reactivate PDF transmission if you have previously discontinued it.
We are at your disposal to review each case individually and to plan the necessary actions in a timely manner, so that you can avoid any unwanted charges.
