Starting June 26, 2025, the implementation of the Digital Work Card will be piloted in four key sectors of the economy:

Full implementation from November 3, 2025
The pilot phase will last until November 3, 2025, when the measure will come into full effect, covering a total of 1.85 million employees. Compliance with the new legislation will then be mandatory for all businesses in the above sectors.
