The company Protogramma Informatics Sole Proprietorship IKE is committed to protecting the Personal Data disclosed to it, from whatever source they come from [e.g. via mail, fax, corporate cards, tax forms, the company’s website, databases, etc.], always in accordance with the Law 2472/1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended and in force, as well as in accordance with the European Regulation No. 679/2016 on Data Protection. 

The personal data that the company usually receives are contact information, identification information and location data, e.g.: email address/ residential address/ mobile or landline phone number, profile photos, CVs, personal preferences and purchasing habits, financial information for issuing tax documents and welfare information. They may also include unique numeric identifiers such as your computer’s IP address or your mobile phone’s MAC address, as well as cookies. 

The company ensures the legal and appropriate procedure for the protection and confidentiality of the Personal Data it receives, among other things, to prevent any unauthorized access to this data, as well as to the equipment used to process or archive it. 

For the purpose of this policy, the term “data subjects” includes all natural persons whose Personal Data we hold with their consent, but also due to financial relationships (customers, suppliers, partners, etc.) or employment relationships dependent or not work (data subject is the person to whom the term “Personal Data” relates).

Our Company guarantees that your Personal Data will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned in this policy, without your prior information and, where necessary, your approval. Some of our websites and apps allow users to submit their own content. Please remember that any content you submit to any of our social media platforms may be viewed by the public, so you should be careful when providing certain personal data, e.g. financial information or address details. 

We are not responsible for any actions taken by others if you post personal data on any of our social media platforms and we recommend that you do not post such information publicly.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

We may disclose your personal information to the persons of our company and to the providers of support systems for the processing of this data. 

In any case, the company takes the necessary measures to ensure that all Personal Data information transmitted receives an acceptable level of protection. 

In case of outsourcing the execution of the processing to third parties and/or transmission of the data to countries outside the European Union, the Company informs the data subject in advance and ensures that the appropriate guarantees are provided for the protection of personal data and that they are applied, from in terms of expertise, reliability and resources, the appropriate technical and organizational measures, in such a way that the processing is lawful and ensures the protection of the rights of the data subjects and the appropriate level of security against risks.
