The company Protogramma Informatics Sole Proprietorship IKE is committed to protecting the Personal Data disclosed to it, from whatever source they come from [e.g. via mail, fax, corporate cards, tax forms, the company’s website, databases, etc.], always in accordance with the Law 2472/1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended and in force, as well as in accordance with the European Regulation No. 679/2016 on Data Protection. 

The personal data that the company usually receives are contact information, identification information and location data, e.g.: email address/ residential address/ mobile or landline phone number, profile photos, CVs, personal preferences and purchasing habits, financial information for issuing tax documents and welfare information. They may also include unique numeric identifiers such as your computer’s IP address or your mobile phone’s MAC address, as well as cookies. 

The company ensures the legal and appropriate procedure for the protection and confidentiality of the Personal Data it receives, among other things, to prevent any unauthorized access to this data, as well as to the equipment used to process or archive it.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by others if you post personal data on any of our social media platforms and we recommend that you do not post such information publicly.

In any case, the company takes the necessary measures to ensure that all Personal Data information transmitted receives an acceptable level of protection.
