Since April 1st, 2025, the e-Delivery Note (ΨΔΑ — Ψηφιακό Δελτίο Αποστολής) has been mandatory for all businesses transporting goods in Greece. Issued electronically through the AADE’s myDATA platform, it must be generated before or at the start of every shipment — replacing the traditional paper delivery note entirely.

For businesses operating in Greece, this means every outbound movement of goods now requires a valid digital document, including sender and recipient details, route information, and cargo description.
